Creative restoration therapy and inner authority development is about learning how to integrate a healthy relationship with your unconscious. This work focuses on alchemical practices and understandings that address the spiritual, psychological, and physical to ensure a strong foundation for daily conscious evolution.
Inner Authority is not one skill. It’s a complete grounded shift in how you interact with the inner and outer world. Inner authority development slowly builds the perceptual, alchemical, and somatic foundation to move from awakening (expanding awareness) to leadership (applied awareness through aligned action).

Learn the art of integrating your unconscious.
The unconscious has many names and can be discussed through many lenses. We can look at it through psychology and the subconscious. We can look at it through the body and the nervous system. We can look at through physics and the unseen parts of our reality.
We fear the unconscious. We deny it. We pretend it is less important, less relevant.
But it is the unconscious that runs the show within us and outside of us.
Instead of resisting it, fearing it, and denying it – I think we’re better off embracing it.
Spirituality across many cultures is the study of the unconscious and how to engage it. I understand that spirituality and religion can be comforting for some and challenging for others. But the truth is that we all have a spiritual system whether we understand what ours is… whether or not it actually works for us.
Creative restoration and inner authority development is the study and practice of building a relationship with y(our) unconscious. It is the study and practice of building your own spiritual system and awakening spiritual truth within you.
When we have a healthy relationship with our unconscious, we can live an “awakened” life. We need less certainty. We grow more easily. We feel more connected to the world around us because we are more connected to the world within us.
We are no longer a stranger in our own home.
The SINHA Creative Revival Mission
SINHA is my own alchemical mantra for embodiment. It is a reminder to descend before you ascend. It is the conscious and the unconscious, the material and the unseen, the known and the unknown. We do not realize a better world by looking out and up. We must remember it within. Revival is about deep restoration. The soul never left. The information is there. It’s just had a hard time getting the body and mind to trust it.
