I am a professional speaker, performance artist and creative producer focused on creating experiences that awaken and nurture. Whether it’s for an organization, conference, or retreat, I enjoy collaborations and customizing material to various containers. I use a combination of creative lecture, media, sound, guided visualizations, group reflection, and movement (space determined) to ensure a profound, unique learning experience.
What is this sort of therapy and inner authority development?
Creative restoration therapy and inner authority development is about learning how to integrate a healthy relationship with your unconscious. This work focuses on alchemical practices and understandings that address the spiritual, psychological, and physical to ensure a strong foundation for daily conscious evolution.
Inner Authority is not one skill. It’s a complete grounded shift in how you interact with the inner and outer world. Inner authority development slowly builds the perceptual, alchemical, and somatic foundation to move from awakening (expanding awareness) to leadership (applied awareness through aligned action).
